SATURDAY PRE-TEAM (Invitation Only)

(girls: ages 5 and up)

After a gymnast has completed the G2 Advanced level of gymnastics (or equivalent skills), she will have the opportunity to prepare for the competitive team, if interested. The pre-team will train to improve in strength, endurance, flexibility, and technique necessary for competitive level skills. This is by invitation only and at the discretion of the G2 Staff based on skill achievement, technique, strength, and safety.

The focus of this class will be on competitive preparation. There is no real commitment at this time, though it allows us to know what families/gymnasts are interested. If your gymnast was recommended for the Pre-Team, though you are not interested in the competitive path, or it will not work for your family at this time, please register for the Advanced program where your gymnast can continue to participate and enhance their skill level.

**Leotards mandatory for girls at this level (no bare midriffs or wrestling singlets permitted)**

**Due to liability – Parents and spectators are not permitted in the gym area

3 Week Session: May 4th – 18th

Saturdays:10:45am-12:00pm (you may enter the facility at 10:40am)

**LIABILITY WAIVERS MUST BE COMPLETED BY A LEGAL PARENT/GUARDIAN

PAYMENTS: Cash or Check Only (no cards) due on the first day of class (prior to participation). 

Drop-In Classes: Available if space allows ($15 per class). Please do NOT reserve a spot for drop-ins. Email us to check availability.
