All first time gymnasts (age 5 & up) must be registered for the Beginner level, unless otherwise advised by the G2 staff. Our program is based on skill level; if your child has previous experience please contact us and we can assist you with proper placement.

OPEN GYM

Open Gym is an additional program available for anyone age 6 through adult, or Intermediate level if younger. This provides additional opportunity to work on the equipment. It is not a structured class though allows extra practice at the gymnast’s discretion, within their ability. No horseplay or unsafe attempts will be permitted. Open Gym is overseen by the coaching staff and spotting will be available.
*You must pre-register 24 hours prior to each open gym you are interested in.

Wednesdays: 6:30 – 7:45pm (you may enter the facility at 6:25pm)
WHO: 6 years – Adult (or younger if enrolled in our Intermediate/Advanced Classes)

INTERMEDIATE GYMNASTICS
Must be placed in this class by a G2 Staff Member
(girls and boys: ages 5 and up)
The second step in the progressive program, this class will develop the foundation skills learned in the beginner class and increase their skill level on all of the Olympic events. More emphasis is placed on strength & flexibility to make the skills more attainable. Gymnasts can expect to build and improve skills learned in the beginner level along with learning the equivalent Intermediate level skills on all 4 events.
**Due to liability – Parents and spectators are not permitted in the gym area.
DAYS/TIMES OFFERED:
Wednesdays: 4:45 – 5:40pm (you may enter the facility at 4:40pm) ~ 6 week session: July 8th – August 12th

ADVANCED

ADVANCED:
The advanced class builds on the foundations of the progressive program learned in the intermediate class. This class focuses on the more advanced skills in preparation for creating routines on each event. A large emphasis is placed on strength & flexibility to make the skills more attainable. The gymnasts at this level can expect to build and improve skills learned in the intermediate level along with learning advanced skills on all 4 events. After completion of this level, gymnasts have the opportunity to focus on training at the competitive level, or move to the non-competitive program.
**Leotards are required for girls at this level – NO bare midriffs or wrestling singlets permitted**
**Due to liability – Parents and spectators are not permitted in the gym area.

PRE-TEAM
Students must be placed into this class by a G2 Staff Member Only
(girls ages 5 & up)
After a gymnast has completed the G2 Advanced level of gymnastics (or equivalent skills), she will have the opportunity to train for the competitive team, if interested. The pre-team will train to improve in strength, endurance, flexibility, and technique necessary for competitive level skills. This is by invitation only and at the discretion of the G2 Staff. Gymnasts are typically placed on the pre-team during the current competitive season.
This class is not available during the off-season.
*At this level we expect more commitment from the gymnast and family. If your gymnast was recommended for the Pre-Team, though you are not interested in the competitive path in the future, please register for the Advanced class where your gymnast can continue to participate and enhance their skill level. At the end of the current competitive season, Pre-Team students will be automatically selected to participate in try outs for the Competitive Team.

BEGINNER GYMNASTICS
All first time G2 participants must begin in this level
(girls and boys: ages 5 and up)
This is the first class of our progressive program. The emphasis is on body awareness and skill development on all of the Olympic events. The gymnasts are introduced to beginner skills on the vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercise – as well as work on basic Strength, Flexibility, Coordination. Gymnasts can expect to learn beginner level skills on all 4 events. All gymnasts entering the program must start at this level and will be advanced through the program based on skill level and safety.
*Students must be toilet trained.
**Due to liability – Parents and spectators are not permitted in the gym area.

PRESCHOOL GYMNASTICS
For boys and girls 3-5 years old
The opportunity for your child to get a head start on fitness. This class focuses on development of large & small motor skills. The young children work on all the fundamentals of gymnastics including strength, flexibility, coordination, and basic gymnastics skills. The children also learn important social skills within a structured environment. All gymnastics events will be introduced at this level.
*Students must be toilet trained.
**This is a child independent class. Due to liability – Parents and spectators are not permitted in the gym area.

2026 G2 STRONG ~ TEAM CAMP
Join us for a fun filled week at our annual team camp. The week will be planned out to include daily themes, team building, games, and tons of fun while working hard to learn new skills. Athletes will develop goals at the start of the week and work hard toward meeting them. This camp is available to all competitive athletes.
WHEN: August 10 – 13th 9:00am – 3:00pm
WHERE: G2 Gymnastics & Fitness
WHO: any competitive gymnast
COST: $200.00 (includes t-shirt)
**Please list your child’s t-shirt size in the Medical section of the registration form.
*sleeveless leotards are mandatory ~ no long sleeve leotards, wrestling singlets, or bare midriffs permitted.
*athletes must pack a lunch and bring a water bottle
