BEGINNER GYMNASTICS
All first time G2 participants must begin in this level
(girls and boys: ages 5 and up)
This is the first class of our progressive program. The emphasis is on body awareness and skill development on all of the Olympic events. The gymnasts are introduced to beginner skills on the vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercise – as well as work on basic Strength, Flexibility, Coordination. Gymnasts can expect to learn beginner level skills on all 4 events. All gymnasts entering the program must start at this level and will be advanced through the program based on skill level and safety.
*Students must be toilet trained.
**Due to liability – Parents and spectators are not permitted in the gym area.
DAYS/TIMES OFFERED (**SATURDAY TIME CHANGE**):
Saturdays: 9:00 – 9:55am (you may enter the facility at 8:55am) ~ 5 week session: February 14th – March 14th
Wednesdays: 5:45 – 6:40pm (you may enter the facility at 5:40pm) ~ 5 week session: February 18th – March 18th
**NEW LIABILITY WAIVERS MUST BE COMPLETED FOR ALL NEW PARTICIPANTS.

SESSION RATE: $100
PAYMENTS: due on the first day of class (prior to participation). Cash is preferred though we accept all forms of payment.
Drop-In Classes: Available if space allows ($20 per class). Please do NOT reserve a spot for drop-ins. Email us to check availability.
